These guys are the absolute best. I had Jimmy around to renovate 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and lounge upstairs in what was an absolute dive of a place. What he was able to complete within my budget is phenomenal. It looks like a brand new build. The best part was the communication and collaborating different ideas or ways to match something old into new. If you want attention to detail and “old school” builder quality, go with AwardBuilt. You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to have these guys back for stage 2 (downstairs) and stage 3 (extension and decks). Jimmy and Justin…the best of the best 😍

So lucky to have found a builder on the coast that is hard working, turns up on time, is knowledgeable and super skilled and is as passionate about our project as us. Would highly recommend. Justin, Jimmy and Dex did an amazing transformation of our pool area. We’d done some rough sketches of what we were hoping for and they made it even more beautiful than we could have imagined, for a very reasonable price. Justin and Jimmy were super collaborative, making sure we were happy throughout the process and making thoughtful suggestions on ways we could improve layout. They were also very patient with us when we needed extra clarification or had new ideas half way through the build. Justin and Jimmy were very considered with their material delivery timelines to avoid making it feel like we were ‘living in a building site’ and were lovely to have around. We’ll definitely be using them for our next extension!
