5. READY TO BUILD

With approvals and selections finalised, we schedule your project and prepare for construction to begin.

6. CONSTRUCTION BEGINS

Our experienced team gets to work transforming your space with regular communication and updates.

7. FINAL INSPECTION AND HANDOVER

We conduct a thorough walk-through, address any concerns, and hand over your completed renovation.

If your job is substantial, and requires input from other trades/engineers, we will be busy behind the scenes gathering quotes and prices to ensure we are delivering the best job for the right price. This can amount to several hours spent collating and processing all costs involved, and the quote fee goes towards compensating us for the time we put into getting the pricing right for you.
